The purpose of this seminar is to gather together academic and support staff interested in the cohort PhD training model to reflect on the first year of operation, to share experiences and best practice, and to map options for this model into the future. The focus will be on how to maximise student success in this new model, while balancing the demands it places on students in terms of research, cohort activities, and professional development.
