OVERVIEW 

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and working in various positions in industries for over 6 years, he decided to further his studies in energy sectors due to several environmental concerns he encountered during his work experiences. As a result, he completed his master’s degree in renewable energy at the University of Malaya (Malaysia), published four papers in various energy fields, and recently enrolled as a UCC PhD student in the FLEX4FACT project to participate in activities that mitigate global warming and improve the sustainability of energy systems in industries.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES

PhD student at UCC, participating in the Horizon Europe project FLEX4FACT. Working on the modeling and analysis of energy systems in industries. Improving the sustainability of energy systems by integrating renewable energies as well as energy storage technologies. Python programming and data analysis of energy flows utilizing different visualization tools such as Sankey diagrams in Jupyter Notebook.
