MaREI researcher Danielle Orrell will be describing how they catch and track skate as well as study their “fingerprint” like spots, reproductive health, environment and pesky parasites.

CETUS aims to find and compile all available datasets on sensitive megafauna species (cetaceans, elasmobranchs, turtles, and seabirds) and build a national standardised database which can support visualization and mapping of species distributions. Learn more here.
