Maryam Norouzi is Post Doc researcher at Connect Centre, Trinity College Dublin. She holds electronic engineering degree, specializing in microwave sensors.
CURRENT ACTIVITIES
Maryam is currently a member of the Nature + Energy team where she is involved in developing Doppler sensors integrated with audio monitoring for biodiversity applications.
BACKGROUND
Maryam Norouzi received a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2011, the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Tehran, Tehran, in 2014 and 2021, respectively. In 2020, she was visiting a researcher at the Fatigue and Stress Analysis Lab (FATSLAB), University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, conducting research on the use of cold spray technology for printing zero-power wireless sensors on metallic structures. Moreover, she had industrial experiences in HONGFA company in China, Xiamen in 2018 as well as electric vehicle charging infrastructure companies in Tehran, Iran for two years up to 2023.
