Dr Joseph Roche is an Astrophysicist and Assistant Professor in Science Education at Trinity College Dublin. He teaches “Science & Society” and “Communicating Science” on the master’s in science education programme. He has worked for NASA and observed symbiotic stars using the Hubble Space Telescope. He was also course coordinator of Trinity’s Postgraduate Certificate in 21st Century Teaching and Learning from 2014-2018.
