Sonya is a Post Doctoral Researcher working with the Coastal and Marine Governance group on a number of EU-funded marine research projects.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES

Sonya is currently working on a number of EU- funded projects focusing on marine pollution.

BACKGROUND

Sonya holds a BA in Geography and German from University College Cork and an MSc in Environmental Policy from University College Dublin. She holds a PhD awarded by the School of Planning and Environmental Policy, University College Dublin.
